The Effect of Context-Based STEM Activities on Secondary School Students' Scientific Literacy and STEM Motivation

چکیده

The aim of this study is to determine the effect integration REACT strategy, which an practicing context-based learning method, with STEM education on students' scientific literacy and motivation. research was conducted 82 seventh grade students in 2021-2022 academic year. In research, a quasi-experimental design pre-test post-test control group used. Scientific scale motivation were used as data collection tools research. Before practicing, these scales applied all three groups pre-test. Then, strategy-supported activities experimental-I group, experimental-II science teaching program group. After completed, post-test. ANCOVA test analysis data. According obtained from it has been determined that level positive influence applied, terms motivation, higher than groups, experiment-II curriculum.
